Power of the Breath

Maybe like me you are full of good intentions to practice Meditation, Mindfulness, Stress Reduction but then life got in the way.

After careful research I began the commitment to myself, by firstly acknowledging where I was at that particular moment, knowing that the march of a thousand miles begins with one step.

I invite you now to take this journey with me.

Wherever you are, begin now to notice your breath. Are you breathing from your chest, ribs, and tummy?

Begin now by

  1. Inhale through your nose noticing your tummy expanding, with the breath moving up to your ribs, then chest, like filling up a glass of water.
  2. Exhale first from your tummy, then ribs, chest.

And that’s it. By regular practice you’ll become more mindful of your breathing pattern.

This is the start of the journey.
